This describes the current private beta. The retention and account-deletion workflow still needs to be finalized before public registration opens.
Accounts and email
Prism uses your email address to send sign-in codes and identify your account. An optional display name is saved with your profile. Supabase provides authentication and data storage, Resend delivers email, and Cloudflare hosts the website. These providers process the information needed to provide those services.
On this computer
The panel stores its account session using Windows account encryption. Preferences and saved curves stay on your computer. Logging out clears the panel’s saved session without deleting those preferences. The website uses session cookies to remember sign-in and browser storage for feedback or rating drafts.
Feedback, ratings and website activity
Feedback and ratings you submit are stored with your account. You can view your own submitted feedback, review status and the owner’s reply in My feedback; these reports are not publicly visible. Updates do not send email or Discord notifications. The owner dashboard reports website visits and download handoffs; a handoff does not prove installation. Visit deduplication uses a short-lived hash derived from request information rather than saving the raw IP address in the analytics table. Hosting providers may maintain their own operational logs.
Your editing work
Prism does not upload your compositions or media for account sign-in. The current panel does not send tool-usage analytics. A diagnostics report contains a limited set of version, platform, layout and sign-in-status fields; it excludes project names, email addresses, tokens and raw error text.
