The Windows compatibility beta allows After Effects 2020–2026. AE 2026 has been tested in the actual host; 2020–2025 still need tester validation. macOS is not verified yet.
It uses the real Prism interface with sample data. Explore tabs, curves and hover help here; actions that edit a project run inside After Effects after installing Prism.
Yes. Prism works with installed effects and your animation presets. Third-party effects must be installed separately, and their own After Effects version requirements still apply.
Project-editing tools are designed to work with After Effects Undo. While testing the beta, use a copy of your project and check the result after each operation.
Prism is being prepared for a private beta. Email-code sign-in is connected for approved accounts. Public registration and downloads remain closed during private review.
