Four small steps.
Use this checklist as a guide. It does not detect installation on your computer.
Download & extract
Extract the entire ZIP into a folder before running the installer. Keep INSTALL.txt nearby.
Keep your first test simple.
Use a copy of a project. Select a layer, create a matching null or adjustment, and use Ctrl + Z to check undo. Your regular project can wait until you are comfortable.

The installer backs up your previous panel. Close AE and run Restore Prism.bat to select that backup. Your saved workspace and encrypted sign-in are preserved.
